Lemon Cake Supreme Recipe

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Stir in water and lemon juice.
  3. Beat in one egg at a time, and then beat entire mix for 2 min.
  4. Pour into bundt pan and bake at 325 degees for 50-60 min.
  5. When cold, drizzle glaze over cake.
  6. To Make Glaze:
  7. Place 2 c. powdered sugar in medium mixing bowl.
  8. Whisk in melted butter and lemon juice.
  9. Drizzle over cake and cold.
