Coconut Peanut Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 12 teaspoon Thai red curry paste
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 13 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk, well stirred
- 13 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch sugar
