Hot Crab Meat Dip Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1 can crab
• 2 tbsp. finely minced onion
• 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
• 1/2 teaspoon cream style horseradish
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Healthy pinch of pepper
