Goat Cheese Cake
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1 log goat cheese
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 packages graham crackers; smashed fine
- 1 egg
- 1 can raspberry topping
- 1 can blueberry topping
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- Let cheese soften at room temperature.
- Combine all ingredients together in a mixer.
- Mix until smooth.
- Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs.
- Press crumbs onto bottom of a bakind dish or individual containers.
- Pour cheese mix on top of crackers.
- Place in a casserole dish.
- Pour water halfway up the containers.
- Cover.
- Bake at 325 for approximately 40 minutes.
- Cool in fridge for four hours.
- Top with mixture of raspberry and blueberry toppongs
- Variations; Preserves, marmalade, espresso powder, flavored goat cheeses, dried cranberries or raspberries, pineapple, lime, orange, coconut milk, pecans, walnuts
