Four Cheese Focaccia Bake
- 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup Classico di Parma Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cups loosely packed baby arugula
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Press pizza dough into 15x10-inch rectangle on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Make small indentations in surface of dough with your fingers.
- Spread pasta sauce onto dough; top with cheese.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until edge of crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
- Top with arugula.
