Broiled Haddock for Tacos
- 1 pound Haddock, Or Other Mild White Fish
- 1 Tablespoon Ancho Chili Powder
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- Preheat your broiler on high.
- You will want to put your fish on a broiling pan.
- In a bowl, combine the chili powder, lime juice and vegetable oil.
- Stir to combine.
- Baste your fish with half of the liquid, reserving the other half to baste while its cooking.
- Put into the oven and cook for approximately 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
- Baste with the remaining chili mixture while cooking.
- Take out of the oven and give it a little chop.
- Assemble your taco with the ingredients of your liking!
