Broiled Haddock for Tacos

  1. Preheat your broiler on high.
  2. You will want to put your fish on a broiling pan.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chili powder, lime juice and vegetable oil.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Baste your fish with half of the liquid, reserving the other half to baste while its cooking.
  6. Put into the oven and cook for approximately 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
  7. Baste with the remaining chili mixture while cooking.
  8. Take out of the oven and give it a little chop.
  9. Assemble your taco with the ingredients of your liking!
