French London Broil
- 1 to 2 lb. flank, shoulder
- round steak
- 1/4 cup gin
- 1 bottle (8 oz.) French dressing
- 1 md. onion, chopped
- Pour the dressing and gin into a large zip-lock bag with the onion.
- Salt and pepper both sides of the flank steak and put into the bag as well.
- Let sit in the fridge over night if possible.
- Preheat broiler and place steak about 3-4 inches under the broiler.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes each side for medium rare.
- Slice thin slices on the bias and serve.
