saute rapini

  1. trim 1/2inch from rapini base
  2. cut rapini into thirds
  3. in a pot of boiling salted water cook rapini for about 5minutes
  4. after cook drain the water
  5. in a sauce pan add the olive oil and the garlic cook a bit (carefully the garlic burns fast )
  6. add the drain rapini lemon juice and the sugar
  7. stir well for a couple of minutes and is done

rapini, clove garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt
