No Fail Pastry

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cut in margarine and lard.
  3. Mix water, egg yolk and vinegar together.
  4. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid mixing well.
  5. This can then be wrapped and frozen or used immediately.
