Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and butter, press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  3. Gradually beat in condendsed milk, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In a small bowl, toss 1/2 cups of the chips with flour to coat; stir into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Sprinkle remaining chips over top.
  7. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
  8. Cool.
  9. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
