Salmon Stuffed Flounder Recipe
- 1 can (6 1/2 ounce.) salmon, liquid removed
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh or possibly 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 1 1/2 lbs. flounder or possibly sole fillets
- 3 tbsp. dry white wine or possibly chicken broth
- Lemon-Dill Sauce

- Place salmon, white pepper and egg in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or possibly in blender container.
- Cover and process till smooth; stir in dill weed.

- If fish fillets are large, cut into 6 serving pcs; pat dry.
- Place about 2 Tbsp.
- salmon mix on center of each piece fish.
- Roll up; place seam sides down in square dish, 8x8x2 inches.
- Drizzle with wine.
- 3.
- Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 min, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 5 min, till fish flakes easily with fork.
- Let stand covered.
- 4.
- Prepare Lemon-Dill Sauce, serve with fish.
