Sausage & Wild Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook rice as directed.
  2. (Use a little less water.)
  3. Cook sausage - drain off juice - stir with fork so it will not be lumpy.
  4. Combine sausage, wild rice, mushrooms, and soup.
  5. Put onion rings on top.
  6. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
  7. Put onion rings on top the last 10 min of baking.
