Chicken Roll-Ups
- 5 oz shredded chicken
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 can chicken soup
- Press crescent rolls into rectangle shape.
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Fill with the mixture and roll-up.
- Put in baking dish.
- Mix a can of cream of chicken soup with a 1/2 can of milk.
- Pour over the roll-ups and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- Top with additional cheese the last 5 minutes of baking time.
- Don't use too much butter or chicken soup, such as when doubling batch.
- This avoids too much liquid.
