Stuffing-Topped Pork & Apple Skillet

  1. Heat large skillet on high heat.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing, chops and onions; cook 3 min., stirring onions occasionally.
  4. Turn chops over; cook 2 to 3 min.
  5. until chops are done (160 degrees F).
  6. Transfer chops to plate; cover to keep warm.
  7. Add apples, remaining dressing, water and sugar to onions in skillet; stir.
  8. Cook on medium-low heat 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  9. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  10. Return chops to skillet; top with apple mixture.
  11. Spoon stuffing around edge of skillet; cover.
  12. Cook 5 min.
  13. or until stuffing is heated through.
