Chicken Potstickers

  1. Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 to 6 min.
  2. or until done, stirring frequently.
  3. Add cream cheese spread; cook 2 to 3 min.
  4. or until melted, stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in cabbage, carrots and ginger.
  6. Spoon chicken mixture onto centers of won ton wrappers, adding about 1 tsp.
  7. to each.
  8. Moisten edge of each wrapper with water; fold in half to form triangle, pressing edges together to seal.
  9. Heat 2 tsp.
  10. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  11. Add 10 to 12 dumplings; cook 1 to 1-1/2 min.
  12. or until bottoms are golden brown.
  13. Add 2 to 3 Tbsp.
  14. water; cover.
  15. Cook on medium-low heat 2 to 2-1/2 min.
  16. or until dumplings are done and water is evaporated.
  17. Transfer dumplings to serving plate; wipe skillet dry.
  18. Repeat with remaining oil and dumplings.
