A Family Favorite: Pan Fried Miso Pork
- 200 grams Sliced pork thigh
- 1 heaping tablespoon Miso
- 50 ml Sake
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 (to taste), shredded Cabbage
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Cut the pork into approximate sizes (pictured above is a bit less pork than the recipe calls for).
- Let the pork marinate in the mixed flavoring ingredients for about an hour if you can.
- You can also rub it in by hand if you don't have time.
- Lightly coat a frying pan with oil, and cook until golden brown.
- This looks better if you cook it flattened out as much as possible.
- Serve with shredded cabbage.
