A Family Favorite: Pan Fried Miso Pork

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Cut the pork into approximate sizes (pictured above is a bit less pork than the recipe calls for).
  3. Let the pork marinate in the mixed flavoring ingredients for about an hour if you can.
  4. You can also rub it in by hand if you don't have time.
  5. Lightly coat a frying pan with oil, and cook until golden brown.
  6. This looks better if you cook it flattened out as much as possible.
  7. Serve with shredded cabbage.
