Baked Stuffed Fillets

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Melt butter. Add onion and celery.
  3. Cook until tender. Remove from heat and stir in parsley, sage, bread and cheese.
  4. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Spoon some stuffing over each fillet. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Place in buttered, shallow baking dish. Bake 30 minutes.
  5. While baking, prepare sauce.
