Jambalaya...my Way

  1. In a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Saute chopped onion, minced garlic, and bouillon until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add sausage and the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT shrimp.
  4. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Add shrimp and mix to cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
