My Mom's Tabouli
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped fine, stems removed
- 14 cup Bulgar wheat
- 1 cup boiled water
- 1 tomatoes, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 4 -5 mint leaves, chopped fine
- Pour the boiling water over the bulgar wheat and let it soak for a few hours.
- When it's done, it will have absorbed all the water.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together.
- Serve cold.
