Don Brown's Tri Tips Recipe

• For each tri-tip:
• Garlic salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 1/4 c. Kikkoman teriyaki barbecue and marinade sauce
• 1/4 c. soy sauce
• 1/4 c. red wine

1. Mix together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and redwine.
2. Season each tri-tip with garlic salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour over the marinade.
4. Marinate 24 hrs, turning occasionally.
5. Barbecue.
6. Cut tri-tips on cross grain.
