Tofu Cream Cheese

  1. Drain the tofu well.
  2. Put the tofu, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a food processor and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the olive oil a little at a time to Step 2, mixing after each addition.
  4. Finally, add the finely chopped parsley and enjoy.
  5. The picture shows it being used on chips made from lightly toasting shumai skins.
  6. It's easy, crispy, and delicious.
  7. It's great as a snack or to have while drinking.
