Tofu Cream Cheese
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Parsley
- Drain the tofu well.
- Put the tofu, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a food processor and mix until smooth.
- Add the olive oil a little at a time to Step 2, mixing after each addition.
- Finally, add the finely chopped parsley and enjoy.
- The picture shows it being used on chips made from lightly toasting shumai skins.
- It's easy, crispy, and delicious.
- It's great as a snack or to have while drinking.
