Blaukraut German Red Cabbage Recipe

  1. Cut up the cabbage, wash and drain.
  2. In a large kettle heat oil.
  3. Mix the cabbage and all remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook for about 30 min, or possibly till the cabbage becomes soft.
  5. The water should be cooked away.
  6. Servings for 4 persons.
