Tofu Banana Breakfast Smoothy

  1. If you remember, you may wish to peel and freeze your banana the night before.
  2. I rarely remember tho.
  3. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  4. Blend.
  5. Drink and enjoy.
  6. This is also good with 1/2 cup OJ and 1/2 cup cranberry juice.
  7. Use the wheat germ with honey for extra sweetness.
  8. Some yogurt (about 1/2 cup) of your favorite flavor (I like blueberry) is a nice addition.
