Spring Rolls with Creamy Hoisin Spread

  1. Mix cream cheese, hoisin sauce and cilantro until well blended.
  2. For each serving: Spread 1 egg roll wrapper with 2 Tbsp.
  3. cream cheese mixture; top with 1 oz.
  4. romaine, 6 shrimp pieces and 1 oz.
  5. each cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers.
  6. Fold in opposite sides of wrapper, then roll up tightly.
  7. Cut diagonally in half.
