Chicken pie
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 chicken seasoning
- 1 potatoes
- 1 carrots
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- Peel and Chop the ingredients
- Roll out pastry so that you have a bass and a lid and place the bass in the tin and set the lid to the side.
- Dust the tin with flour.
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
- Add the flour to the melted butter and mix till its become a dough ball.
- Add the milk and to the butter flour dough ball then whisk till the mixture thickens
- Fry you seasoned chicken cubes in oil till the meat has cooked through.
- Cook with onions as well.
- Add the vegetables and chicken to the cream mixture
- The sauce pan contexts in to the pie dish
- Add the lid to the top of the pastry them dust the top oil then.
- Bake in the oven for 30 -45 or till the lid is brown and crispy then
