Mexican Meatballs

  1. Soak bread in milk until soft.
  2. Mix beef, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, bread mixture and black pepper thoroughly and shape firmly into 1" meatballs.
  3. Place in baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350F 25 minute or until meatballs are done.
  5. Place meatballs in saucepot.
  6. Add picante sauce and heat through.
  7. Serve with cocktail toothpicks.
