Chickity China the Chinese Chicken
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 2 pieces Chicken Breast
- 7 dashes Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons Ginger
- 1/2 bags Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 cups Stir Fry Sauce
- 18 cups Szechuan Sauce
- Cook rice to directions on the package.
- Cook chicken in a large skillet; add garlic and ginger.
- When chicken is about halfway done, add soy sauce to the skillet (I used probably about 5-7 shakes).
- When chicken is completely cooked, add broccoli florets, stir fry sauce, and Szechuan sauce to the skillet.
- Cook broccoli until desired tenderness.
- Serve on rice.
