Chickity China the Chinese Chicken

  1. Cook rice to directions on the package.
  2. Cook chicken in a large skillet; add garlic and ginger.
  3. When chicken is about halfway done, add soy sauce to the skillet (I used probably about 5-7 shakes).
  4. When chicken is completely cooked, add broccoli florets, stir fry sauce, and Szechuan sauce to the skillet.
  5. Cook broccoli until desired tenderness.
  6. Serve on rice.
