Artichoke Dip
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled
- 12 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup regular mayonnaise or 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained (optional)
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.
