Turkey Cheese Pockets
- 1/4 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 40 g thinly sliced deli smoked turkey, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 can (340 g) refrigerated country biscuits (10 biscuits)
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix cream cheese product, Miracle Whip and mustard in medium bowl until well blended.
- Add turkey and cheese; mix well.
- Press or roll out each biscuit to 3-1/2-inch circle.
- Spoon heaping teaspoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto centre of each biscuit; fold biscuit in half.
- Press edges of dough firmly together to seal.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
