Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies

  1. Preheat oven 350F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Using a stand mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and pudding mix for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Scrape down bowl as needed.
  6. On slow, add eggs one at a time.
  7. Scrape down bowl in between eggs.
  8. Add vanilla extract (I used white Puertorrican vanilla)
  9. Slowly add flour mixture and mix until combined.
  10. Add chocolate chips and walnuts and mix.
  11. Place dough balls the size of golf balls on cookie sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edge starts to turn golden brown.
  12. (Mines tooked about 15 minutes.
