Grilled Pork Steaks with KA BBQ Rub

  1. Mix rub ingredients, crushing up the dry herbs as much as possible.
  2. Seasoned pork steaks generously on both sides and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
  3. Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
  4. Place pork steaks on the grill directly over the fire.
  5. Cook for about 5 + minutes.
  6. When the juices begin to collect on top of pork steaks flip over and continue cooking for about 5 more minutes.
  7. When the juices run clear removing the grill and cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
