Jasmine Kelly's Pad Thai

  1. Soak rice sticks in hot water for 10minutes.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cut pork chops into matchsticks, coat with flour.
  4. Saute in oil until browned, set aside.
  5. Shred cabbage, chop pepper and slice leeks.
  6. Add vegetables to pan and saute until crisp tender.
  7. Add pork, sesame oil, soy sauce, srirachi.
  8. Coat all in pan, add rice sticks and toss to coat well.
  9. Serve immediately.
