Quick Creole Black Beans and Rice

  1. Mix all ingredients except rice in 3-gal.
  2. saucepot (or 2-qt.
  3. saucepot for trial recipe).
  4. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in rice.
  7. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
