Chicken Salad Sandwich with Garlic and Herb Cheese
- 3 cups Chopped Cooked Chicken
- 3/4 cups Garlic Herb Spreadable Cheese (I Use Boursin Or Alouette)
- 1/4 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 13 cups Thinly Chopped Celery
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 6 slices Tomatoes
- 6 whole Lettuce Leaves
- 6 whole Small Bulky Rolls Or Buns
- Combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix to blend.
- Assemble sandwiches using about 1/2 cup chicken salad, 1 tomato slice, and one lettuce leaf per bun.
- Makes 6 small or 4 regular size sandwiches.
