Avocado Cream Sauce Recipe
- 2 x avocados
- 1 x clove garlic, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chives, minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, minced half a lime, juice of
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. light cream
- In food processor fitted with chopping blade, puree avocado with garlic, lime juice, and herbs.
- Heat butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in avocado puree and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till heated through.
- Add in cream and continue to heat, but don't allow to boil.
- Salt to taste and serve.
