Chilaquiles Torte

  1. Whisk eggs, 3/4 cup salsa and milk in large bowl until well blended.
  2. Stir in chips, 1 cup cheese and 1/4 cup onions; cover.
  3. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
  4. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cover outside of 9-inch springform pan with heavy-duty foil; spray inside with cooking spray.
  5. Pour egg mixture into prepared pan.
  6. Bake, uncovered, 45 min.
  7. or until center is set.
  8. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min.
  9. or until cheese is melted.
  10. Top with remaining onions and tomatoes.
  11. Serve with remaining salsa and sour cream.
