Barbecue Pork Tenderloins Recipe

  1. Season tenderloins with salt and pepper.
  2. Place 1/2 of minced seasonings on bottom of baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle with favorite seasoning.
  4. Add in 1/2 of oil and 1 c. of water.
  5. Place meat on top of seasonings, pour Lea and Perrin sauce over meat.
  6. Place in oven without cover for 15 min, at 400 degrees.
  7. Then cover and cook at 350 degrees for 2 hrs, covered.
  8. Slice pork tenderloins when cold and dribble barbecue sauce over meat.
