Barbecue Pork Tenderloins Recipe
- 1 pkg. pork tenderloin (2 to pkg.)
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. Lea & Perrin sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 c. water
- Barbecue sauce
- Season tenderloins with salt and pepper.
- Place 1/2 of minced seasonings on bottom of baking pan.
- Sprinkle with favorite seasoning.
- Add in 1/2 of oil and 1 c. of water.
- Place meat on top of seasonings, pour Lea and Perrin sauce over meat.
- Place in oven without cover for 15 min, at 400 degrees.
- Then cover and cook at 350 degrees for 2 hrs, covered.
- Slice pork tenderloins when cold and dribble barbecue sauce over meat.
