Dijon Beef with Poblano Peppers

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat; cook 2 to 3 min.
  3. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  4. Remove from pan; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  6. or until crisp-tender.
  7. Stir in chiles and water; top with meat.
  8. Bring to boil; cover.
  9. Simmer on medium-low heat 40 min.
  10. or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally and adding mustard for the last 5 min.
  11. Serve over rice.
