Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Cook rice as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, dressing and ginger until well blended; set aside.
  3. Toss meat with corn starch.
  4. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add meat; cook and stir 3 min.
  6. or until done.
  7. Stir in vegetables and soy sauce mixture; cook and stir 3 min.
  8. or until sauce is thickened and vegetables are heated through.
  9. Spoon rice onto platter; top with meat mixture and nuts.
