Chicken Delight
- 1 whole chicken
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
- 1 stick of butter
- Sage
- Boil chicken.
- Debone chicken and set aside.
- Shred Cheddar cheese.
- Combine onion, mushrooms, mushroom soup, celery soup, in large pot; bring to boil.
- Add stick of butter, Sage, and Cheddar cheese.
- Remove from heat.
- Grease casserole dish.
- Pour half of the Pepperidge Farm dressing in dish.
- Melt half a stick of butter.
- Pour over dressing and press into casserole dish.
- Put all of the soup mixture over chicken.
- Cover with the rest of dressing.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30-45 minutes.
