Tasty Fish
- 2 ounces Spanish olives with pimento
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb fish fillet, of choice
- olive oil
- Throw the olives in a blender.
- Add the garlic and pour a couple of glugs of olive oil in there with them.
- Blend and taste.
- Add more of whatever it might need, too oily?
- Add more olives.
- Too olivey?
- Add more oil.
- You get the picture.
- Spread mixture on top of fillets in a baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350*.
