Shrimp in Lemon Garlic Sauce
- 4 tablespoons margarine or 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 12 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon limes or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon hot pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 2 lbs medium shrimp, shelled and deveined, seasoned with
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs, seasoned with
- salt and pepper
- 1 sprig parsley
- lime wedges or lemon wedge
- Cream butter with garlic, salt and paprika.
- Add lime or lemon juice, hot pepper, Worcestershire sauce and parsley; blend well.
- Place a layer of shrimp in a greased baking dish, then spread some garlic butter and sprinkle some crumbs.
- Repeat layers 3 or 4 times ending with crumbs.
- Bake in a hot oven at 400-425 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon or lime wedges.
