Chikuwa and Cucumber Tossed in Miso and Mayonnaise

  1. Slice the chikuwa and cucumber into 5mm rounds.
  2. Combine the miso and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  3. Mix in the ingredients from Step 1 and the sesame seeds.
  4. A plastic bag is useful for working the miso-mayo mixture into the chikuwa and cucumber.
