Hearty Tuna Macaroni Salad Recipe

• 1 c. elbow macaroni
• 1/2 c. grated carrot
• 2 tbsp. chopped onion
• 1 can (7 ounce.) tuna, liquid removed and flaked
• 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 c. finely shredded cabbage
• 1/4 c. julienne green pepper
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon vinegar

1. Cook macaroni in boiling water till tender, drain and rinse.
2. In a large bowl combine macaroni and next five ingredients.
3. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise with remaining ingredients.
4. Pour over macaroni tuna mix.
5. Mix well and chill.
6. Serve on lettuce.
7. Serves 6.
