Chocolate Zucchini Cake

  1. Cream together margarine, oil and sugar.
  2. Then add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
  3. Mix together all dry ingredients.
  4. and add to creamed mixture; beat well.
  5. Stir in zucchini.
  6. Spoon batter into greased and floured 13x9" baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle top with miniature chocolate chips.
  8. Bake at 325F for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cake does not need frosting.
  10. I normally use more chocolate chips.
