SHAKE'N BAKE Polynesian Ribs
- 1 can (14 oz / 398 mL) pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 envelope Shake'N Bake BBQ Pork Glaze Coating Mix
- 2 lb. pork spareribs, cut into single ribs
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into chunks
- DRAIN pineapple and measure 2 Tbsp (30 mL) juice.
- Add soya sauce.
- EMPTY coating mix into shaker bag.
- Moisten ribs in juice mixture and shake in coating mix until evenly coated.
- Arrange ribs in 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish.
- BAKE at 350F (180C) for 20 minutes.
- Top with pineapple chunks and green pepper.
- Bake 25 minutes longer.
