SHAKE'N BAKE Polynesian Ribs

  1. DRAIN pineapple and measure 2 Tbsp (30 mL) juice.
  2. Add soya sauce.
  3. EMPTY coating mix into shaker bag.
  4. Moisten ribs in juice mixture and shake in coating mix until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange ribs in 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish.
  6. BAKE at 350F (180C) for 20 minutes.
  7. Top with pineapple chunks and green pepper.
  8. Bake 25 minutes longer.
