Butter and Cream Chicken

  1. Clean the chicken and place it in a big bowl and add garam masala and ginger garlic paste and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a wok and add the butter and oil.
  3. Add cardamoms and cloves and let them cook for one minute.
  4. Add the chicken on high flame for 2 minutes stirring continuously.
  5. Cover and cook till the chicken is tender.
  6. Add Cream and stirr.
  7. Garnish with Coriander and enjoy.
