Paleo Chai Latte
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Boiling Water
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cardamom
- 18 teaspoons Cloves
- 1 whole Date, Pitted
- In a Vitamix (or other high-speed blender) combine eggs, boiling water, coconut oil, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and date.
- Blend on high until mixture is frothy.
- Serve.
