Crispy Sweet Potato Fries

  1. pre heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. peel and cut sweet potatoes into strips.
  3. Lightly dust with corn starch by shaking them in a bag.
  4. Place on a ccokie sheet.
  5. Drizzle with EVOO, sprinkle with spices.
  6. about a teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  7. eyeball the other.
  8. I prefer the cumin and cyanne, but you choose whichever you like.
  9. separate on cookie sheet.
  10. No touching....otherwise they'll steam.
  11. bake 15min.
  12. , turn them and go for another 10min or so.
