Chinese Chive Rice Flour Chijimi

  1. Julienne the carrot.
  2. Slice the chives into 4-5cm long pieces.
  3. Put the ingredients into a bowl and use a whisk to combine.
  4. Add the carrot and chives and mix well.
  5. Put some sesame oil into a warmed frying pan and pour in the ingredients from Step 2.
  6. Pan-fry on medium heat until browned, flip it over and fry the other side.
  7. Slice it into portions, dip it into the sauce, and enjoy.
