Chinese Chive Rice Flour Chijimi
- 1/3 bunch Chinese chives
- 30 grams Carrot
- 70 grams Cake flour
- 30 grams Rice flour
- 1 medium Egg
- 140 ml Water
- 1 tsp Chicken stock powder
- 1 dash Sesame oil
- 1 Chijimi sauce
- Julienne the carrot.
- Slice the chives into 4-5cm long pieces.
- Put the ingredients into a bowl and use a whisk to combine.
- Add the carrot and chives and mix well.
- Put some sesame oil into a warmed frying pan and pour in the ingredients from Step 2.
- Pan-fry on medium heat until browned, flip it over and fry the other side.
- Slice it into portions, dip it into the sauce, and enjoy.
